Since launching this platter in July 2024, I’ve made 114 kakanin platters – and it’s still one of my most requested offerings! I have also done 3 events with them on our bilaos! So yes, it’s now officially a monthly thing! 🎉
This May edition combines your favourite flavours from the first two releases – and yes, we heard you… bigger portion of PUTO BUMBONG this time! 💜
✨ Available for postal, delivery, and collection. Please note: delivery dates are separate from traditional & limited edition orders – I’m a one-woman team and want to make sure every box gets the love and quality it deserves.

💜 Puto Bumbong – A favourite! Steamed purple rice cakes served with butter, muscovado sugar, condensed milk and shredded FRESH coconut for an irresistible treat. Bigger and better!
🍠 Ube Halaya with Cheese – Nica’s Panaderya’s homemade, smooth and creamy purple yam halaya, slow-cooked to perfection and topped with rich, mature cheese for a sweet-savoury balance.
🔥 Biko –Try our homemade Biko – soft, sticky rice cooked in creamy coconut milk and brown sugar, topped with golden latik- which is slow-cooked coconut milk till it’s deliciously crispy. Enjoy it slightly warmed for the best experience!
🌈 Sapin-Sapin – A vibrant, layered rice cake infused with coconut, ube, and jackfruit flavours, coated with toasted desiccated coconut for added texture.
🌾 Espasol – Soft and chewy rice delicacy coated in sweet toasted rice flour, offering a subtle nutty flavour in every bite.
🥥 Palitaw – our handcrafted soft, chewy rice cakes coated in freshly grated coconut, toasted sesame seeds, and just the right touch of sugar. A sweet reminder of Filipino traditions in every bite.
