“As a daughter of Filipino parents who relocated to the UK during my early years, I sought to recreate the comforting flavours of what I knew of home. Balancing roles as a mother, fiancée, architectural assistant, and now baker, I am dedicated to reimagining traditional Filipino flavours nationwide. While aspiring to open a physical bakery in the future, your continued support enables me to remain a stay-at-home mum to my beautiful baby girl, all while pursuing this dream.”

Our Journey

I established Nica's Panaderya in July 2019 during the lockdown, transforming a personal pastime into a thriving home-based bakery in Livingston, Scotland. Initially, I specialized in freshly made classic Filipino breads, cakes, and treats. As my confidence grew, this evolution was reflected in the innovative baked goods I began to produce. I am deeply grateful for the loyal community of customers who have supported me from the beginning, standing by me through various challenges and experiences. As I embark on the next chapter of Nica's Panaderya, I am excited for the journey ahead, knowing I have your unwavering encouragement.
